Joel has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 25 years. In that time, he has gained valuable expertise to represent his clients at the highest level. He has extensive experience in residential home sales, residential land development, and new construction home sales.

 

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Joel owned and managed a brokerage in Washington and Oregon before moving to Arizona in 2017 and joining RETSY Forbes Global Properties. Through the course of his career, he has had a hand in making sure hundreds of clients have had successful transactions and received the highest level of service. Joel lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife Andrea and their two sons, Indiana (10) and James (4).
